Can anyone recommend what type of contract to have in place for a six month winter let. English couple.
Any ideas.

difficult one as I don't think a gite style letting agrrelment would be allowed for that long and the standard rental agreements for furnished places are 1 yr, for unfurnished 3 yrs. It should be doable though by seeing a notaire to draw up
