After three lovely years in this house, we're relocating back to Scotland in a few weeks' time. If anyone is looking for a bargain family home in the Monaco/Menton area, I can't recommend this place highly enough. There's 5 double bedrooms, a massive, L-shaped living space, which gives room for a large living room, dining area and a second seated area (we use it as a games room). There is a long balcony off the living room and two large terraces upstairs, all with fantastic views out over the Med to Italy. There is a bathroom downstairs and a shower room and separate toilet upstairs. It's at the end of a beautiful, quiet cul-de-sac, but just down from the main road between Monaco and Menton, for easy bus access. You will not find this much space in this area for a better price.
Also, if you want British TV, we're leaving behind our satellite dish and cabling, so all you'll need is a box and a contract, and you can plug in and go.
