Sorry about Louis. I don't know if your department is the same as ours, we are in Aude 11. We have a local SPA in Carcassonne where lost dogs are taken. Therefore, worth keeping a check if you know where your's is located and if they have a website or Facebook page, where photos of the animals are displayed. Is Louis microchipped, as our SPA checks this to locate the owners.
