Been thinking about this for years.
We have the space, the place and for 6 months of the year the time.
Forgot a very important factor or 2.
Got the wine all around us and we are both established chefs
with London restaurants and accolades as a back drop.
Winter can be dull...to say the least...and I am not the lazy
type.
So if J agrees....AND it is possible he will not I am for group reservations
Min 6 and max....12.
I have an end of summer idea which will involve guests chefs...in particular
one of the very best in London.
This could be great for special occassions...We have, of course our rooms/suites
and there is really good accom near by.
Any one intererested in this?
