Sadly they’ve stopped door to door collections in my neighbourhood so bins like that aren’t of much use. The kids however, are alright, as the song goes. But not the bins.

There are a lot of us on here that choose not to use Twitter / X. I find it very frustrating seeing post after post of links to there. Please either take a screenshot or get info from elsewhere, it is making the site hard to enjoy using.

Hi, I am really sorry if some people don’t find a Twitter link useful, or if even the mere sight of a link makes them feel like the Nazis are at their door.
But I also find many comments unuseful, however it would be very self-absorbed of me to think a public forum is only there to serve me.
If I don’t find something useful or interesting, I just use my compete freedom to swipe past, it really is that easy.

It’s the same as those that post links to publications many can’t see as a firewall or must-subscribe screen promptly comes up when the linkbis clicked by someone else. A waste of time.
Even a 2-line summary or statement of the article something links to, would help.
