I understood there was a process whereby as a holiday home, I could have Internet connected and disconnected as my visits warranted. Unfortunately this was "set up" by a German who when I tried to describe what I wanted replied " I know what you want" in a very loud and german accent. (Felt like an episode of Hogans heroes) It hasn't gone well . Does any one how this works here. I'd like to email from Angola say a month before I arrive and have it working when I get here then throttle back to basic minimal charges in the many months I am away
