Hi, I run a micro-enterprise in France ,due to some reasons I was not able to do any business one year. Now I got the products from manufactures I want to continue my business, I haven’t paid tax yet. Any solution anyone can recommed?
Make an appt to visit the impôts and talk to them regarding tax etc, they can be extremely helpful and will set you on the right path.
As an ME (Micro Entreprise) is turnover related then that is no surprise. However, you still need to have made a zero declaration every 3 months.
If you have (i.e. your ME is running legitimately) then there’s nothing to stop you starting to trade.
