Mobile or Landline no. for SFR support?

I have an sfr internet phone but can’t contact them because their support line is just for their line (1023fwiw).

Does anyone know an actual support phone number fixed or mobile for SFR?

sfr support line is a joke. they are quite nice and listen to what you have to say and then either put you on hold while they “look for info” or say they are passing you onto someone else…either way you wait and then the line goes dead.

I have used their FB page, with a query… and they did respond.
