Hi I’m new to this page and after some advice if possible please.
We are in the process of buying a holiday home in France. I have a 7.5ton truck that I own full of furniture that I want to drive over when we are able and completed. I’m aware of the inventory needed but not much else if anyone can give me any pointers in the right direction it would be massively appreciated thank you.

As I understand things you will have to fill out customs forms for both HMRC and French customs and possibly pay import duty here based on the value of the stuff you’re bringing over.
I would get advice from an international removal company or shipping agent before you book a crossing.
