Can anyone recommend a MP3 sound editor (PC software or actual person I could hire) – I want to be able to clip some 2-minute sound bites out of a longer 90-minute MP3… Thanks!

If your looking for simple software I use MP3 Cutter.
I use it for batch cutting of samples,it saves me going in and doing each one individually in Soundforge or the like.
You can set the length of samples,where you would like them to start etc…
I think there is a free download option so you can try it out first, its at http://www.mp3-cutter.net/index.htm.
