Sunday nights at the Greyhound…for 2 or 3 years I went most weekends. Great place. Not quite sure how I managed work on a Monday morning though!

They had some great bands play there. Croydon never had much going for it, the Greyhound (and Fairfield halls) helped make up for it. And the Cartoon in the 80’s

Never noticed the modified Ike’s Rap 2 bassline before!
Two versions many years apart, uncredited on the Python Lee Jackson version as a session singer and got paid a set of seat covers for his car for his efforts and re record with David Gilmour and John Paul Jones, I prefer the original version.
