I get an email from Figaro every week, and I thought it might be useful for those who are, or who are contemplating being, landlords.

Common term for PVC flooring maybe although lino was beginning to make a comeback.

Maybe like some gites I have stayed in it’s actually the original 60’s lino, time to redecorate.
