We can help you navigate the British side things relevant to people living in France or coming to/leaving France such as:
- UK tax returns and what should be in them: may still be relevant for many of you, especially if you let out a house in the UK (as that is taxable in the UK) or have certain government pensions;
- Figuring out where you are tax resident: it is not “common sense” and not as simple as just being in one country for 183 days;
- Help filling in other forms you need: from a basic non-resident landlord form to double tax forms - important for people claiming UK private pensions/pension lump sums and French resident
We still have some space to help on your 2024/25 tax return or redo your 2023/24 tax return if its wrong - deadline for both is 31 January 2026.
