Car is a 2009 with many cosmetic issues as well as needing ac repair and new rotors and who knows what if I get the CT done. I don’t want to spend any money on it. Is there such a place that might buy it or is it destined for scrap?
Just wondering if this is the same car you were trying to sell in 2016?
Provided you can prove you own the car and have the appropriate documents, you should be able to sell the car with ease to your local Car-scrapyard, although the price might not be to your liking.

Sounds a perfectly reasonable car. Why not put it on LBC with an asking price of 5k€ making sure you’ve listed all of the problems? Expect to get between 3k and 4k (assuming it starts and runs with no problems and has reasonable tyres).
Hardly broken if it is a diesel. I bought my Pug 207 with that many kms on it 2 years ago.
