There seems to be a new arnaque to be aware of; a bad photocopy of a judicial notice, I assume they’re expecting a response.

I can’t help thinking if the authorities had actual evidence of kiddie p**n it would be a knock at the door.

Exactly this.
If there’s a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing, the Police or the Gendarmes are coming to have a word in person.

I agree regarding the door-knock; I work with the local Police Municipale regarding AH nests, I think they would have said something by now, hang on, I haven’t done anything!!
Plus the email address is ‘bcc’, obviously there are more defendants?
The sender’s email address ends @‘sorbonne-nouvelle.fr’ no website exists.
There is no named defendant on the photocopy doc.
Not as a web address but it appears to be possible to send email so could be another victim - could you just take the image off your post.
It does, by the way, if you put www. in front of it.

These type of scams involving paedo/porno etc have been doing the rounds for a long time. My son got one and so did some of the local gendarmes personally when he went to report it. Just ignore it as if it was real, you wouldn’t get a letter but a personal call to the house.

Can I just be “that guy” and point out that it’s not porn, they’re images of sexual abuse and assault.
