Following on from my house sale back in 2017, I took the immobilier from Villefranche de Rouergue to court in Rodez. The court in Rodez ruled in my favour against Selection Habitat, which meant that 7,500 euros held in escrow should be returned to me. Selection Habitat have now appealed against the ruling. The Appeal is to be held in Montpellier Appeal Court, and I am unfamiliar with that part of the world . My lawyer from Toulouse, has no jurisdiction in that court.
