Far better to ban this disgusting habit and fine heavily any man who commits these acts.
When was the last time you saw any woman peeing openly in the street ?
Dog owners are expected to clear up the mess their dogs make, why should anyone in a civilised country be expected to put up with this unhygenic and smelly practise?
