Just looking through this and seems quite a good deal.
It’s always on offer at a similar price. Once one offer ‘expires’, the next one comes along a few days later.

I just renewed Nord VPN and got offered an additional two years for an extra €50.00

FWIW, since I only need a VPN for short periods, I use Mullvad which is €5 a month flat rate, no special offers, no annual discounts, no long-term contracts, it’s always €5 and you dip in and dip out as required. And they don’t keep any record of who you are, so no marketing bumph.
The issue I have with other options like PIA that I used is iPlayer took about 48hours to block it so making it useless.
