Say a ten year old property 140.000 euros what percentage would the fees be?
There are various sites on the internet which can give a guideline… other than that… ask a Notaire… 
Fees are normally about 10% which is the Notaire’s fees & taxes combined.
Where we are currently buying fees are 9.3%
