According to a journo on Bluesky, Iran has stopped shipping going through the strait of Hormuz again. They say Israel has broken the ceasefire agreement.
If only they’d sent some actual diplomats with Witkoff and Kushner, they might have understood what the Iranians had agreed to.

Trump removed a whole swathe of Ambassadors earlier this year and intended to replace them with the type of crony/contibutor/conmen whom he has personally appointed in so many other places. The loss of seasoned actual diplomats will have an effect. On the other hand, in the absence of a coherent foreign policy anyway, maybe it won’t matter.
