So, I think she is still playing along.
Is it possible that Trump, by virtue of his creation - the ‘Board of Peace’ - is hoping he’ll get his Nobel Peace prize? His galloping along on so many issues makes me wonder if he knows his time on this planet is short.

So, Trump emerged from a talk with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte claiming they’d reached some fantastic deal that gave Trump everythying he wanted - despite NATO not being in a position to negotiate any deal over Greenland (you know sovereignty and all that)..
Then it transpires that Rutte probably just explained to Trump what he gets under existing deals he has with Denmark/Greenland.
You couldn’t make it up.

Yes, I think that’s the most likely scenario. His own, personally selected advisors, selected for their sycophancy rather than knowledge, wouldn’t have known this and Trump is unable to read anything longer than a limerick, so Rutte probably explained it very slowly to him.
How Trump can turn ‘ being told what you should have known’, into a victory is astonishing. Leaving Europeans bewildered and his supporters cheering.

I have turned up to listen to speakers just to hear what diatribe will flow from their mouths. So I too would have been there, had I the opportunity.
During his rambling speech he also claimed NATO forces were basically making the tea and sandwiches in Afghanistan while the brave US army did the fighting. I bet the 450 + British families of those who died in Afghanistan applauded that. Where does he get this ‘information ‘, seriously , who feeds him this crap? He can’t have misread it, he doesn’t read!!
