He does have a classic view from his house though, If I couldn’t live here that would be my next choice, as long as the ship stopped spoiling the view. 
He needs to get a structural survey in PDQ as that impact might have shifted the house’s foundations.
He seemed remarkably calm. I’ve always admired the Norwegian sense of humour and generally laid-back approach to life’s troubles.
