I had to laugh when the use of popular cold and flu treatments was described as… “using an explosive to clear a stuffy nose”

I am pleased you published this report. It’s amazing to see how many people exit pharmacies clutching their bags of medicine expecting a quick cure for a cold or sore throat etc;
I think a lot of the blame lies with advertising (big money to be made of course) because actors are shown being ill, taking x’s brand of medicine and a day later being full of joie de vie !
Personally I use essential oils to treat these little health problems, no side effects (if used correctly) they are natural and work too.
