Permission for a poly tunnel?

Hey everyone do you need planning permission for a poly tunnel? It’s Not a massive one, 4m x 2m

I doubt you will need formal permission.

We had one for some time (after which we sold it) and no-one ever took us task over it.

But like everything else in France, you might best direct your question at your Mairie.

I think that the height of polytunnels’ serre de jardins used to be a factor, and that anything over 1.80 metres needed a’ déclaration préalable’ but things change. Take Graham’s good advice , the Mairie is always the best first port of call to make. :slight_smile:
