When all else fails -
Settings - Backup and reset - Factory data reset.
This will return the phone to the way it was when it was new.
But be aware that this will wipe all your data, contacts and apps you have added. But if you do a backup first, you will be able to reload after the reset.

Hello Annajayne

If you go into settings on the main menu, you shopuld ber able to restore ‘factory settings’. i would start with this.
Good luck!

Hi, have you checked your privacy settings? You can go into your settings on your phone and clear all website data, the reality is you may have to do a reset, do a search on the net for how to fix the problem, you will find a solution by searching. Android phones are hacked more than Apple because their is no consistency in the android operating system across different phone brands. Make sure you have privacy settings on your email as this is a common entry point for spam. Good luck. Desktop search is your first step

Thanks everyone. Your collective advice seems to have helped. No more saggy bottoms on my phone.
