Although we’re going to Paris in a couple of weeks we already have a full schedule - Charles Ray at the Pompidou, Simon Hataï at Fondation Louis Vuitton, and Monet and Rothko at Giverny.
However, Champollion was from nearby Figeac in the Lot, where there’s an excellent eponymous museum of the history of writing that I can recommend to anyone passing through (and Figeac’s a lovely town that’s well worth visiting anyway).
It’s not compulsory to visit this Exhibition, just 'cos you’ll be in Paris…
(Giverny… mm… that was a lovely visit, a few years back when Paris pals thought we deserved a treat.)
