I had an underground lpg cistern installed 16 years ago with Primagaz, I get billed every few months x number of euros for the use of the cistern and any gas consumption. (Prélèvement).
For the last 8 months I’ve not had any money taken from my bank account and I’ve been unable to access my espace client via numerous different devices. I want to pay them, I don’t owe anybody anything. I’ve rung them many times and each time I’m met with a message saying, due to technology issues call wait times are longer than usual but I never get to speak to a human being.
Anyone else use Primagaz and have the same issues?

I have Primagaz but pay the tank rental annually. The last gas fill I had it took them two months to send me the bill.
I never worry about having companies delaying requests

It’s now April and I have not had a bill for over 5 months although when I miraculously got into my on line account my balance was -516€ So I am in credit for that amount? which is impossible after a winter period. I can’t believe how this company is surviving with such gross inefficiency. I want to pay the proper amount due but hate the idea of them coming back to me with a huge demand. Their phone lines are never answered just a message saying technical difficulties etc.
