Please advise if anyone can. Is there a difference in the amounts to be paid for both the taxe d'habitation and the taxe foncieres if the residency in question is a primary residence vs a secondary one?? Merci in advance for any help on this.....
No difference at all Holly, you pay the full taxe d'habitation et taxe foncière. But you don't pay the redevance télé for the residence secondaire if you already pay it at your residence principale (but this isn't automatic - you have to declare that you've already paid elsewhere - box to be ticked if I remember correctly on the taxe d'habitation formulaire)
