The French system seems to be better, where a (theoretically) impartial judge examines the evidence and attempts to establish the truth.

Your suggestion that Andrew’s innocence should be tested in the courts is valid, let’s see how he eager he will be to face legal scrutiny, face his alleged victims at trial, and challenge the evidence they produce.
There seems to be tangible evidence that he has ‘met’ the young person in question, despite his protestations otherwise.

It seems the facts are she was made to sleep with men.
Question 1 , where were her parents , what were they doing to even get her out of this crowd.
It says she was for forced to do this with lots of men but the only one the press and her is talking about is Prince Andrew.
It seems it’s to knock him down or the monarchy, or just to make vast sums of money out of damages and selling her story.
She’s certainly a good actrice turns the waterworks on as she’s appalled this happened, so was she happy with all the other guys? No mention whatsoever.
