Old man wants advice - maybe worries too much!
Have to apply for a residency permit due to Brexit - which asks for date of residency and health entitlement.
Health: I’ve done the S1 stuff (2 or 3 years ago) have a carte vitale and assume I’m registered. Do I need to provide documentary evidence? Would a yellowing old CPAM attestation dated 2000 do?
Residency : I am the owner of my house, bought in 1988, which I moved into permanently in 1991 and where I still reside. But I cannot provide proof of an actual date when I became resident, which the application form asks for.
My French driving license dated 1994 (oldest document I can find) has my French address on it.
Could I use this as evidence that I have been resident at least since then - and conjure up a fictional date prior to 1994.
I can’t actually remember the precise day, month or year I moved in! How do I provide proof of the actual date I became resident in France?
