I’ve noticed many will do quite long horizontal distances, say 70 meters instead of raising liquid 7 meters.
Yep… you need the lift as well as the horizontal… and (just a thought)… make sure that whatever machine you choose, its innards/whatever will cope with the odd (bits) which are bound to find their way down the plughole of a kitchen sink … no matter how careful one is… it won’t always be “just water”…
