For me, I understand it as the product has been, or is to be, withdrawn, from the store.
It is nearly 2 tonnes of tiles that I am hoping to be delivered.

Possibly tomorrow (they are open this Sunday). Always fun trying to decipher a phone menu system!
I would assume the opposite, in that it means “collected” as in loaded for delivery.
