Raw oats for breakfast

I woke up this morning with a desire for a smoothie, I don't normally eat breakfast (I know that's bad!) but I was inspired by a recipe that recently popped up on the internet for a raw oat smoothie.


I modified it slightly as I didn't have any almonds so I used peanut butter instead.


It went something like this;


Handful of raw oats


1 Banana


teaspoon of peanut butter


2 natural yogurts


all whizzed in the blender for 30 seconds, lovely it was too.
