I read a fascinating book on a recent trip to France. It was a series of bizarre naked portraits and stories and together with some conversations I have had, it leads me to believe there is a book in the reasons and lives of people who move to France. One lady I met moved to France to a house with no toilet, running water, or heating with two young children. They didn’t speak French and had no income. Her husband left for a warmer house with another woman and she brought up the kids. Happy ending, incredible story!
