The Family SCI structure seems attractive.
But we are on a tight budget, we have minimal extra fees to spend on this.
Our use case would be as simple as possible, there would be no income and the SCI would be used to provide equal ownership to the 8 shareholders. So something like 1€ each in shares probably works.
Can anybody recommend people to create an SCI?

I know everything can be done online, but it might be helpful as there are 8 of you to have face to face meetings, so it might be useful for others here who can give you info to know, whereabouts in France are you?
I wish you well in your venture but buyers beware. Marriage and more recently civil partnerships often end in disagreement and split and that is just 2 people, for 8 to sing off the same hymn sheet is a very tall order.
