I have a bit of a problem at a client's house. As the property has not been used for a few weeks a hive of bees has taken up residence behind one of the shutters. The family are due to arrive at the end of next week with young children. So I have a request: does anyone know of someone in the Jarnac area who would like to add to their number of hives and relocate them. Access is very easy as the hive is behind an upstairs shutter which is about 2.5 metres up.

I'm too far away but hope that 'The Hive' group members see this and perhaps one picks up on it. Most areas have local keepers, often the people who sell honey on markets, one of those might be your best bet.
