Business Manager – French Property Services £45,000+ OTE.

Based in our headquarters in the beautiful Georgian city of Bath, but with regular travel to France, this role offers the right candidate a high degree of autonomy to grow the business. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual with extensive in-depth experience of the French property market and excellent French language skills. You will need to have worked as an immo or agent commerciale for a number of years and have a rock-solid understanding of the needs and motivations of British and other international buyers. You will also need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the French property buying process as well as the commercial terms and business methods of French estate agents. Equally important will be a strong understanding of the different marketing methods and channels used to generate leads, especially in the digital space. On a day to day basis you will also lead from the front working as a property consultant, dealing with our most prestigious high budget clients and generating significant personal sales revenue.
