We’re in the middle of selling our Maison secondaire in north Dordogne - the acte de vent must be signed by the end of February 2025. The buyer is buying most of our furniture but we’ll still have some stuff to bring back to England - about a Transit van full. Is it best to hire a van in England and drive it over ourselves or to use a “man with a van” service? Does anyone have any recommendations for van hire companies or removal companies?
