Renewal of 5 year warp card

We hold a 10 year warp card but were chatting to a friend who is not very IT friendly.

He holds a 5 year warp card that is about to expire. He said he was physically going to the Prefecture in St Lo to renew it.

I am under the impression that there is a national on line system for making an application where you up load docs etc.

Am I right, and has anybody made an application to St Lo.

Any advice gratefully received.

I’ve just done it for a friend who hadn’t a clue what to do and whos french is diabolical. Manche préfecture Saint Lo got back to her the next day asking for a declaration to be signed (basically to agree to the french way of doing things), and then to resubmit as a pdf. All online and by email and very easy. They’ll only need to go there with their photos when asked, and again to collect the new cards.

Just had a message from the friend I’m helping, she’s got a RDV for 24 june (photos/fingers etc) so fairly quick and efficient so far in 50. And she said - are you back by then? :rofl::rofl:

Just an update, my friend has just received an e mail with a rdv at St Lo on the 23rd July.
