I hadn’t realised that he and Rula Lenska had divorced…
Well I only did because of the bit of a stir he caused recently by commenting how he had been goaded into hitting her but not beating her. He was criticised for that but to my mind there is a difference between one, which may well be a momentary and singular reaction to extreme provocation, and the other, which implies repeated and habitual violence.
However, as I don’t know the circumstances I prefer to resist judgement.

I remember hearing mention of Rula Lenska, but have known never known anything about her. Nevertheless, I’m not a media hermit!
