Rocking Chair 'EMMAUS'

Found a very nice Canadian Rocking Chair in Emmaus, La Gacilly 56 today, some great buys in ‘EMMAUS’, probably a depot near you, all proceeds go towards their very worthy charity work :slightly_smiling_face:

We have one in Pau, it’s fantastic. Do you have a photo of your find?

Loved the view of the Pyrénées from the ‘Terrace’ at Pau James, snow capped at the time :slightly_smiling_face:

the one in pau and st gaudens is brilliant the one in lannemezan on the the hand is just silly prices. I pointed out a piece of second hand furniture from ikea to the man and asked him the price and he told me a price which shocked me so i went to ikea website and checked. brand new it was only 30€ more and the second hand one ha damaged. I pointed this out and got told to go buy a new one. That was 3 months ago and i went in on saturday with some bedding and the cabinet is still there. i asked the price and it had gone up 10€…

Luckily S G is close by and we tend to go there instead.

We have three within an hour, but that’s handy if one was away, and wanted to fill a wet afternoon, thanks Stella :+1:

Yep…where I used to live we had several of them close by…one of them even used to deliver bulky items that wouldn’t fit in a car within a small radius of the store…with a small charge for delivery…I’m definitely gonna visit the French ones…x
