Ryanair Cancellations

Be aware, Ryanair have recently cancelled many flights for March and April without telling those who have booked flights. e.g. flights from EMA to CCF. you only find out by looking at your booking on your Ryanair Account. If you click on the reservation and then take the offer of moving your flight e.g. MAN to CCF you are told clearly that you will not be charged. But you ARE and it also includes a change booking fee of £45. Using the customer service CHAT facility will not resolve the problem, all the agent can see is your flight was changed and not able to see your previous booking. You are then asked to launch a complaint from a link provided. BUT there is no option to complain Before your Flight, only After. Now awaiting a response and a refund! Also if your outgoing flight was cancelled but your inbound flight still operates it will only allow you to cancel the outbound leg. After 2.5 hrs my house was full of expletives.

Good heads up David. For those of us not too au fait with airport codes which are the destinations affected?

EMA = East Midlands
CCF = Carcassonne
MAN = Manchester
