I am tending to come to that conclusion myself. It’s all well and good saying: well that was the contract, but if something happens, then it’s not a contract we are speaking about but possibly a very dangerous accident.

I’m also struggling to find the relevant law and by coincidence have just come back from a rental that has a ‘salt water’ pool so am keen to know whether it’s legal or not.
