Does anybody know what requirements are needed if selling a house without an agent


For example does the seller need to do energy performance certificate, termite report etc


I would be interested to hear other peoples experience of selling a house without an estate agent

To advertise you need to do the energy survey and once you have a buyer the notaire can arrange the general survey necessary. A good notaire will pay the surveryors direct once property is sold.
