Selling holiday property

Hi all, we have owned our French holiday cottage for 8 years, we are UK residents.
Can someone tell me what taxes we could have to pay if we sold it. I understand the taxes have changed following Brexit.

AFAIK you will have to pay plus value (capital gains) and charges sociales, which will be calculated by the notaire when you sell. If if course you make any capital gain! After 5 years of ownership the amount drops every year. Brexit mean you get no exoneration for being european any more.

Many thanks
