Selling in France

Hello fellow SFN Members


We are thinking of selling gift ware (bought in items not home made) at markets, fetes/fairs and possibly on-line in our local area.


It will not be high value items, nor do I anticipate it to be a high earning venture!!


Does anybody in the Network have any tips, do's and dont's or personal experience they would be willing to share, other than don't do it!?

As no one has replied I think I will; it’s all about the items, the price, the display and the welcoming smiles. People are happy to buy anything from nice people. Since most of the stuff you will be selling is non essential, you have to attract by generating a warm atmosphere, and sell by being friendly. Hope this helps.
