I have a T3 flat in the centre of Tarbes 95m square with a cave. I am thinking of selling but would like to know if it’s a it is a good idea. Is the market very down at the moment, is there anything to say it will get better.
Depends how quickly you want/need to turn it back into money. Given time, it will appreciate.
Hopefully, there is no rush. But would like at some point to move out of town to the country side. At present I am 3 doors down from the Rex hotel.
If you are selling to buy another place then isn’t the state of market a bit irrelevant? If prices are buoyant you may sell for a better price, but your new purchase may also be more expensive. And vice-versa…
