Sending parcel to Amazon UK FBA

Anyone here send inventory to FBA UK from France and can help with best way to send a small shipment under 10kgs (lightweight clothing)? We are really struggling with Chronoposte/DPD who have had my parcel for over a month showing delayed. I have paid all import taxes not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions appreciated.

Dear all I ordered an external hard drive for my computer from a UK supplier, and it was delivered to my cousin in Portsmouth. The price was £120. A couple of days ago I arranged for DPD to bring it over, in a parcel with some odds and ends of houshold items.Just now I got a message from Chronopost [DPD’s partner / parent co] demanding €53 in duty plus €7.50 admin. If I don’t pay they will return it to sender. The notice has no indication of how or if I can query this. Any suggestions? Thanks Ken in Caen

Cheapest parcel companies between France and The UK

Good evening I was wondering what parcel companies people used to send items back to The UK from France? I have booked one I saw on the internet called Ecoparcels.EU seemed quite reasonable at 19.00 EUR for 15kg. When my parents send parcels the other way it usually costs 20 quid for 20kg.

but I do know that some have had issues sending things out from France post Brexit and will hopefully provide some further information for you.

We export to the UK all the time (30+ parcels per day) direct to our customers so know all the problems. but this is specific to getting a parcel into an Amazon UK Fulfilment centre warehouse. Just wondered if there were other Amazon sellers on here to swap experiences since the start of this year. We have all the numbers EORI VAT OSS etc. This looks like a friendly helpful group so looking forward to reading through some other posts.
