After a 2 year wait we finally had our new septic tank installed, at great expense of course. It’s an Ecoflo and has a pump. We want to make sure it’s properly maintained as the 10 year guarantee is negated if not. Does anyone have this system and know who I can call on to maintain it?
Have you gone through the paperwork with a fine-tooth-comb to see what the Makers recommend by way of maintenance…
Surely the Installers have an idea… 
the Installers have to guarantee their work… and if they Supplied it… the whole thing is down to them…
Im still waiting for the paperwork to come through. I guess the installers must be able to maintain it as they installed it. I’ll wait and see what they recommend.
