Any one having problems with SFR Neuf Box, Down load speed very slow and phone call connection and quality very poor?

I don't know if this is any help but anyhow: we had the same problem, for ages, with bouygues telecom. We switched off, unplugged and from time to time it helped, then it went back to the usual. We finally realised that our dear downstairs neighbours had logged in to our wifi (2 mobile phones, 2 laptops a desktop and a tablet). We managed to block them and, hey presto, all our troubles were over!!
Previously, the times when our internet connection was working smoothly corresponded to those when they were away from home. We hadn't made the connection :-)
